CHILDREN
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, FastForward Thinking Inc. does not permit children under 13 years of age to become users without their parent or guardian's express consent and approval. By using our site, you represent that you are not under 13 years of age.
MISCELLANEOUS
FastForward Thinking free SAT practice tests and their accompanying personalized diagnostic reports are intended to help students prepare for the SAT. Users of these services receive practice test scores and score ranges. These practice scores and score ranges are intended to provide helpful information about a student's readiness for the SAT. However, FastForward Thinking Inc. does not guarantee that students will receive the same scores or fall into the same score ranges on official administered SAT tests as they received on www.fastforwardthinking.com practice tests. Additionally, if practice scores or score ranges are used for purposes other than to inform test preparation, such scores or score ranges should be reviewed and evaluated carefully and considered only one piece of evidence.
TERM OF AGREEMENT
This agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or FastForward Thinking Inc. You may terminate this agreement upon our receipt of your notice via email to us, and by our subsequently disabling your username and password. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided through www.fastforwardthinking.com, your sole remedy is to terminate this agreement. We may terminate this agreement, in whole or with respect to a specific service with or without cause at any time immediately upon our disabling your username and password. We may notify you of termination of the agreement via email to the address you provide to us in the registration process. After the termination of this agreement or a specific service, you are not authorized to access or use the service, and you shall cease all such access and use. If you nonetheless access or use the service in spite of termination of the agreement or service, your use of, or access to, the service will be subject to the version of the agreement in effect to all current users at that time.
